David Cameron has put his foot in it right royally today! He was making a speech where he compared multicultural Britain to supporting various football clubs at local, national and international level. Then he said, "Of course, I'd rather they all supported West Ham." A rather chucklesome political quip, you might think. Except that Cameron is, or at least claims to be, a fan of Aston Villa!

Ah well, the shirt colours are the same, I suppose. Hard to tell them apart. Perhaps he actually supports Burnley and doesn't know it... :roll:

When he said he supported West Ham, he was speaking in West Hamstead.

When he said he supported Aston Villa, he was in Aston, Birmingham.

He's even black, on occasions.
