One or more gunmen have taken hostages in a Sydney café. The hostages are being forced to hold up black flags with arabic writing against the windows.

I doubt this will end well. :(

They didn't have a very big cordon set up. And they didn't evacuate nearby buildings. There's no bomb involved.
