Bloody hell. What a nightmare on the news live. The second wave is coming in live. That's horrible. I'm never gonna visit Japan and New Zealand now.

Just read the news. Sounds terrible
I'm glad I don't have to be there.

Hawaii and West Coast on tsuanami watch. If a big one strikes Hawaii it'll get there at around 2.45am and reach the West Coast a couple of hours later....

An earthquake warning in the islands north of Japan!
It's moving around that ring of fire. (New Zealand has already been hit.)

I don't know about anyone else but I'm mindful of seeing patterns in this. It's going to get 2012ers in a tizz no doubt, already seen a few comments on a news site here about the 'weatherman' Ken Ring

And when he was carrying that cross up the hill, any normal realistic bloke would have mule-kicked the guy on the left, clobbered the one on the right, and been over that green hill and far away before you could say "Pontius Pilate." - Arnold Rimmer

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Fuck, those aerial shots are dramatic. Not a good place to be right now.
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.
Re: Tokyo Quake Tsunamai
I just heard someone ask why there are more earthquakes happening at the moment on the news

No matter how many times you tell them, they'll still preach doom and gloom at the next natural disaster.
