Bloody hell. What a nightmare on the news live. The second wave is coming in live. That's horrible. I'm never gonna visit Japan and New Zealand now.

Just read the news. Sounds terrible  I'm glad I don't have to be there.

Hawaii and West Coast on tsuanami watch. If a big one strikes Hawaii it'll get there at around 2.45am and reach the West Coast a couple of hours later....

An earthquake warning in the islands north of Japan!

It's moving around that ring of fire. (New Zealand has already been hit.)

I don't know about anyone else but I'm mindful of seeing patterns in this. It's going to get 2012ers in a tizz no doubt, already seen a few comments on a news site here about the 'weatherman' Ken Ring :fp:

:awesome: Plate tectonics. Fuck yeah

Fuck, those aerial shots are dramatic. Not a good place to be right now.
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

I just heard someone ask why there are more earthquakes happening at the moment on the news :fp:

No matter how many times you tell them, they'll still preach doom and gloom at the next natural disaster. :fp:
