I wish I was making this up.

The Dutch authorities have released footage of a robbery on a petrol station in Zoetermeer.

This is a picture of the suspect:

It's heartwarming to see that the privacy of the suspect is guaranteed.

Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.

Is that so his trial isn't prejudiced by the fact that he did the crime ?

Allegedly did the crime, Feck. Allegedly. :hehe:
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Here in CA we plaster close-ups and photos of criminals and crimes being committed everywhere in the news and newspapers. In many cases they just turn themselves in because of this, which seems like a pretty safe and effective way to catch them.

Indeed, that sounds like a great idea. Perhaps we should try that some time.

But what about this man's right to privacy? I mean, sure he held people at gunpoint and all, but his privacy?

It's the first joke I made here at work when I saw it. "How hard can it be to find a guy in black with a bar in front of his eyes?"

It's only an alleged picture of the suspect. The suspect may claim he wasn't the perpetrator.
