I expect if there is a significant demand they'll extend availability, maybe by increasing the number of classes held at schools where the numbers are high enough. If you've got one or two children "over" they're likely to be put in to the class anyway. "A man has a wife who is dying. The doctor invented a new medicine but the medicine costs $1000. Is it right for him to steal the medicine from the doctor?"
Though i haven't had a good look at the curric (been look at the English one for most of the past year), it tends to get a little more complicated for the later years.
