That doesn't bode well for the family. 
One wonders what the hell they were doing transferring solutions to unlabeled containers prior to use. That's bad chemical hygiene in any laboratory environment and this is only one of the many things which can go wrong when dipshits do it. :I-love-pork:

Most probably exhausted staff now feeling utterly miserable about their lives.

The article did mention that it was not standard procedure to do so. There is a reason such procedures are in place - to prevent such things from happening.
