I wish I had tuppence for every time I've been in a crash in a small plane in England while trying to get a towed banner in the air for a General Election. :lay:

I think the Merkins might be a bit pissed off that they capped The amount of damages a company has to pay out ...... I guess they thought that it would save their companies money .
