No matter what congress does, he will not sign it. He is now punishing GOP senators. He will sign more pardons by Jan 6th. Once the Jan 6th deal is done, there is only the millitary to worry about. They are pretty much on their own to limit Trump's access to the military. Barring some actual event in the Middle East, Trump has no way of engaging the military.

And the $300 federal enhancement may only last 10 weeks instead of 11 weeks for most folks. That's because states can't provide benefits for weeks that start before programs are authorized, but the legislation calls for the extra payments to end on March 14.

Trump ends Obama's 12-year run as most admired man: Gallup

Eighteen percent of the survey's respondents named Trump as their most admired man, compared to 15 percent who named Obama and 6 percent who named President-elect Joe Biden. Three percent named National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci, while two percent said Pope Francis.

Rounding out the top 10 were Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and the Dalai Lama, all of whom received 1 percent.

Life will likely be louder. Mar-a-Lago is directly under the main flight path of Palm Beach International Airport. Jets flying over the estate are so loud that Trump once sued PBIA. While he served as president, air traffic was diverted away from Mar-a-Lago for security reasons. Once Trump is a former president, planes are expected to once again fly directly over the club.
