Comey does not have the balls of Hillary or even Trump. What seems inescapable is that Comey has made avoiding criticism from Republicans (and leaks by FBI agents that would generate such criticism) his top — almost his sole priority. That being the case, his intent seems all but irrelevant. It amounts to some professional equivalent of reckless disregard, perhaps with a smattering of largely irrelevant naïveté thrown in.
State department to release Hillary Secret Family Cookie Recipe in December
And although the State Department's release Friday will be its last before Election Day, Clinton faces the certainty that thousands of additonal deleted emails will emerge through FOIA litigation that will require the agency to publish the records on a monthly basis beginning in December.

Re: The Hillary-thread
I didn't mention Benghazi. That's what you keep mentioning. It's another issue, but not one I mentioned. And, you don't know it did no harm. Petraeus' sharing of his notebooks did no harm and he lost his job and was criminally prosecuted. Moreover, we don't know if it did harm or not. The point of the rules officials have to follow to protect classified information is not about whether there is "no harm, no foul." It's about a system which is designed to secure information in general. It's not up to the individual official to decide which breaches of classified information are harmful and which aren't. Further, if it really was a big nothing did she lie, over, and over, and over again about it, trying to cover it up?Tero wrote:"Moreover, it is indisputable that she lied through her teeth about the private server, about turning over all documents (which she didn't), about sending and receiving classified information (which she did), about why she had the server, about her use of only one device, about her being given permission to use the private server, and about it being lawful to do so. All that, and more, is established. She's a lying piece of shit."
Though potentially a danger for leaks, it did actually no harm to me or anyone. Benghazi bad decisions were nothing connected with a server.
What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? By having her private server, she's not only breaching the classified information rules, she's doing an end around FOIA, by setting herself up as the final arbiter of what is and is not a public record under FOIA. She deletes what she doesn't want anyone to see, and then scrubs and bleaches her server, and if that isn't enough, she takes hammers to the physical devices.Tero wrote:
In fact the majority of the work of the secretary either became news or is not ever to come out as the FOIA does not cover her meetings with Obama.
This is corruption. You know it's corruption. And, you know damn well that if this was a Bush doing this kind of thing, or any other person you're not supporting, you'd be all the fuck over it. It's wrong no matter who does it. It's corrupt, and it's dishonest, and it's unethical. And, with Hillary, it's not the only thing - it's not a one-off. She's a liar and a corrupt cheater across the board.

Assange says Hillary Clinton is lying when she tries to pin the leaks on Russia -- https://www.rt.com/news/365164-assange- ... ks-russia/
Anyone want to place bets on who is telling the truth? Is Assange covering up Russia's involvement, or is Clinton just deflecting the issue with Red Scare tactics?
I, for one, have no doubt about Hillary's word.

You are still not getting what the job of Secretary is. Hillary used emails to discuss things of lesser importance. If there is any real DIRT yet to be uncovered about her Secretary era, there will be no paper trail. She is not that dumb. Same goes for important foreign policy matters that are not DIRT.What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Yes, all the leaked emails show them to be equivalent....Svartalf wrote:So are the GOP, if they don't actually manage to be even worse...
However, i will say, if the same shit was leaked about the GOP, I would say the same things about them. But, we don't have media outlets sharing debate questions with Republican candidates ahead of time. We do not have journalists sharing news articles for GOP candidate approval before publication. We do not have the Republican Party claiming neutrality while favoring one candidate over another. We do not have a Republican secretary of state maintaining a foundation which was accepting large foreign donations and then granting access based on those donation. We do not see pay-for-play and "Friends of Melania" access being granted. We do not have the Attorney General and Department of Justice issuing stand down orders on investigations of GOP candidates. We do not have meetings between Melania Trump and the Attorney General to discuss vacations and grandkids while Donald Trump is under investigation. We do not have GOP candidates declaring that you have to have a private position and a public one on issues. We do not have Reince Priebus siding with one candidate over others while lying to the public and saying he's neutral.
If we did, then they'd manage to be as bad or worse. But, as of right now, we don't see any of those things.
Apparently, the Russians can hack the DNC and the Clinton campaign, according to Hillary Clinton, but, they arent' bothering with the Republicans. The Republicans, who have been against the "reset" of the relationship with Russia, and who generally viewed Russia as the greatest or at least one of the major geopolitical threats, since Romney said so in 2012, and was laughed at by the Democrats, are apparently well-liked by the Russians, who figure they'd like to have the party in power who is most against them, and most likely to get hawkish with them..... the Democrats are who the Russians are afraid of, which is why they are trying to get a loose cannon elected who is apt to drop nuclear bombs....
It all makes perfect sense. Hillary never did nuffin.

Yeah we know. Bill and Trump and Epstein are the rapists. Hillary is just married to one.

No they are not. Trump is never going to prison, and he is the rapist.

Re: The Hillary-thread
http://www.breitbart.com/radio/2016/11/ ... iner-case/“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.
“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.
“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.
“There’s five different parts of the FBI conducting investigations into these things, with constant downdrafts from the Obama Justice Department. So in the, I hope, unlikely and very unfortunate event that Hillary Clinton is elected president, we will have a constitutional crisis that we have not seen since, I believe, 1860,” Prince declared.
Marlow asked Prince to clarify these revelations.
“NYPD was the first one to look at that laptop,” Prince elaborated. “Weiner and Huma Abedin, his wife – the closest adviser of Hillary Clinton for 20 years – have both flipped. They are cooperating with the government. They both have – they see potential jail time of many years for their crimes, for Huma Abedin sending and receiving and even storing hundreds of thousands of messages from the State Department server and from Hillary Clinton’s own homebrew server, which contained classified information. Weiner faces all kinds of exposure for the inappropriate sexting that was going on and for other information that they found.”
“So NYPD first gets that computer. They see how disgusting it is. They keep a copy of everything, and they pass a copy on to the FBI, which finally pushes the FBI off their chairs, making Comey reopen that investigation, which was indicated in the letter last week. The point being, NYPD has all the information, and they will pursue justice within their rights if the FBI doesn’t,” Prince contended.
“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs,” he stated.
“So the plot thickens. NYPD was pushing because, as an article quoted one of the chiefs – that’s the level just below commissioner – he said as a parent, as a father with daughters, he could not let that level of evil continue,” Prince said.
He noted that the FBI can investigate these matters, “but they can’t convene a grand jury. They can’t file charges.”
“The prosecutors, the Justice Department has to do that,” he explained. “Now, as I understand it, Preet Bharara, the Manhattan prosecutor, has gotten ahold of some of this. From what I hear, he’s a stand-up guy, and hopefully he does the right thing.”
Marlow agreed that Bharara’s “sterling reputation” as a determined prosecutor was “bad news for the Clintons.”
Prince agreed, but said, “If people are willing to bend or break the law and don’t really care about the Constitution or due process – if you’re willing to use Stalinist tactics against someone – who knows what level of pressure” could be brought to bear against even the most tenacious law enforcement officials?
“The point being, fortunately, it’s not just the FBI; [there are] five different offices that are in the hunt for justice, but the NYPD has it as well,” Prince said, citing the Wall Street Journal reporting that has “exposed downdraft, back pressure from the Justice Department” against both the FBI and NYPD, in an effort to “keep the sunlight and the disinfecting effects of the truth and transparency from shining on this great evil that has gone on, and is slowly being exposed.”
“The Justice Department is trying to run out the clock, to elect Hillary Clinton, to prevent any real justice from being done,” he warned.
“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... Both NYPD and FBI sources confirm based on the new emails they now believe Hillary Clinton traveled as Epstein’s guest on at least six occasions, probably more when all the evidence is combed, sources said. Bill Clinton, it has been confirmed in media reports spanning recent years, that he too traveled with Epstein over 20 times to the island
Could you imagine the party-girl or party-boy waiting for the latest visiting dignitary to Orgy Island, and then their turn comes up and....it's Hillary Clinton....
