If you are going to talk about genetics, race has nothing to do with it. We are predisposed to favour our close kin. That says absolutely nothing about "race" and skin colour. If I married a black person and had a half black baby, I would be closer to it than to some other white person.

We need a new word for these things. Like groupists or setism. Even if they'd would come with their inevitable opposing stances: non-groupism, hard-setians, etc.

Perhaps the power of the 'racist' label has been diluted by over-use and misapplication, but it's still exactly the right word to use sometimes. I guess it's a matter of asking or telling why: "Tell me why you'd call me a racist...", "Your a racist because...." or whatever. But as a term it's not ambiguous - it's pretty particular. Defining a group or set of people, even really badly, doesn't make you a racist, just as coming up with a definition doesn't make a group (and if anyone can tell me what a race is it probably doesn't make one of those either). Proper racists tend to do a bit more work than just labelling people, which is what makes them easier to spot.

He's probably just crawled so far up their ass in an attempt to understand them that he's forgotten the simple concepts we've all learned and take for granted. Things like being able to say "Hey that fucktard's racist!" and to know exactly what we mean.

A clear example may help you snap out of it cunt. One day while I was visiting my grandma some guy working on her neighbor's fence approached me like he knew me and asked, "Aren't you blahblahblah's grandson"? --yeah "Blah, blah, blah" -- "Blah, blah, blah" -- "Don't worry, this fence will look like white people built it!"

Yep. Ever notice how it's usually people more likely to be bigoted who complain about terms? It's the same as how comfortable middle/upper class liberals denigrate people who don't conform to their views of politeness in speech. It's easy to be relaxed and condescending when you are in a position of comfort/power. Other people, usually the targets of these people's bigotry and class warfare, don't have that luxury. Tone policing is just a shameless diversionary tactic.

Racism is a natural instinct. Just because you choose to suppress it, doesn't make you a non racist.
We're all racists.
You can act straight all your life, but if you fancy the same sex, you're still gay.
Same with racism.
There's nothing wrong with being born gay, and there's nothing wrong with being born racist.
In any case, there is no right or wrong. All there is is the current consensus. Or rather, the consensus of those who have the power to control the indoctrination of the masses.

Since race is an abstract fluid grey area, not a scientific black and white, the racist instinct behaves differently in every individual.

Most of the people on this site who argue against racism hold that view because they've been indoctrinated in a certain way. By the continual drip drip that you were fed at school, and are now being fed by the media. If you'd been born in Germany 100 years ago, you would be far more racist. That's just a fact. If you really can kid yourself that you would not have been racist, you're just a self-made idiot.

Not all people in Nazi Germany acted racist, but then again, not all had the same upbringing.
In any case, when things are going well, it's fairly natural to say, "live and let live".
But when things are going badly, really badly, then the true nature of people starts to come out.
