What is gonna happen when we've gone....the entire structure will become authoritarian. Can't make a example out of us because we won't be there. So the Germans will make an example of some other country, probably The Netherlands on account of them having a hole in their trade balance from the Brexit?

Of course they can make an example of you when you are gone! They can make the export/import horrible and traveller's lives miserable :{D

fully agree, but how can we? until they act, we're trapped in the expectative.

Once art 50 is filed, yeah, we'll be ruthless, problem is they know it and are in no hurry.
Yes, I know, but they can't wait forever when the pound is dropping and the markets are unstable, can they? :ask:

It is still going slowly down in relation to ISK (I check every day since I am going to the UK in a few weeks and want to buy the pound at its cheapest ;) ).

Well... then there is nothing to do except keep going on as normal until they do, right?
Although planning the course of action for when/if they do would be good.

Here's a scenario:

Brussels declares the formation of The United States of Europe, with all national governments abolished, including Britain's.

Then the panzers start to roll...

And my gin!

As soon as British radio stations start playing Vera Lynn, you'll know it's on for young and old... :tea:

Does anyone here remember Vera Lynn?
Remember how she said that
we would meet again
some sunny day?
