If Scot Dutchy wants similar results, he should hire Trump.

How's that working out, vaccine-wise?Scot Dutchy wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:15 pmWe are not corrupt and back stabbing as the US is.Cunt wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:13 pmTrump was working for Joe, Sean and Seth.NineBerry wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:09 pmTrump introduced the problem by banning exports of vaccines. There's a good chance we won't get that terrible Canadian Coronavirus strain they have in the parallel universe

Hey, joke all you want, but we are basically a giant refrigerator, with isolated populations and irregular compliance.

The only thing I could find was J&J --made in the Netherlands, bottled in the US-- claiming it would be delivering as promised.NineBerry wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:09 pmTrump introduced the problem by banning exports of vaccines. The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?
The Silver State. 1894.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread
That is the one. The bottling plant is next door to where the vaccine was produced but because of old contracts it had to be sent to the US to be bottled. A total farce especially when the US nicked a third.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:35 pmThe only thing I could find was J&J --made in the Netherlands, bottled in the US-- claiming it would be delivering as promised.NineBerry wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:09 pmTrump introduced the problem by banning exports of vaccines. The relevant point is all the other vaccines produced in the US. None of them can be exported so far.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:35 pmThe only thing I could find was J&J --made in the Netherlands, bottled in the US-- claiming it would be delivering as promised.NineBerry wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 4:09 pmTrump introduced the problem by banning exports of vaccines. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/forg ... -s0c6z0f20Forgotten children living with long Covid
A year ago Isabel Walton competed in dance and gymnastics competitions and was learning martial arts. Now the ten-year-old from Doncaster has to be carried to bed each night as she is too weak to take the stairs.
She is one of more than 80,000 children in England thought to be suffering from debilitating symptoms related to long Covid. Parents are urging the government to set up specialist clinics to treat the “forgotten children” whose lives have been stalled by the virus.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread
No, it's free. DeSantis did have to restrict it to Florida residents, as the tourists were clogging up the system and using up all the available vaccine. All these people hate DeSantis, but are happy to take the free vaccine and enjoy our Free State. Hypocrites, the job lot. Go away.
Actually, don't go away. Our house is being listed today and there's a guy flying in from fucking Portland, Oregon to look at it tomorrow morning. They've put in a full price offer contingent on him seeing it. We're already asking 65K over bank appraisal. Plus, someone is coming to look at the outboard I'm selling this afternoon.
I need a good bidding war here.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.
Re: The Coronavirus Thread
Much luck to you with it. I suggest arranging to get a call or two while trying to meet with the buyer. Don't take a call, that would be a dick move, but get a few.laklak wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 3:57 pmNo, it's free. It's one of those transparent tactics that still works. (like offering folding money vs etransfer)

Re: The Coronavirus Thread
any number of mammals and critters in China can pass us the coronavirus
https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandso ... UHbvQXU_FIThose wildlife farms, including ones in the Yunnan region, are part of a unique project that the Chinese government has been promoting for 20 years now.
"They take exotic animals, like civets, porcupines, pangolins, raccoon dogs and bamboo rats, and they breed them in captivity," says Daszak.
"There was massive transmission going on at that market for sure," says Linfa Wang, a virologist who studies bat viruses at Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore. He's also part of the WHO investigative team. Wang says that after the outbreak at the Huanan market, Chinese scientists went there and looked for the virus.
"In the live animal section, they had many positive samples," Wang says. "They even have two samples from which they could isolate live virus."
And so Daszak and others on the WHO team believe that the wildlife farms provided a perfect conduit between a coronavirus-infected bat in Yunnan (or neighboring Myanmar) and a Wuhan animal market.
