It was just a way to level the playing field. Trump had more attend his official rally, than Biden. I'd guess people were less excited to vote for Biden than Trump supporters were to vote for him.
I watched one debate.
I did not watch Biden speak even once other than that. I have extensive notes on his platform and picks which I gathered after he won.
I was not excited about voting for him. I voted for Bernie in the primaries.
