Barr will have to recuse himself. To survive to end of 2020.

He should have recused himself as soon as he saw his name in the complaint, but the fate of Jeff Sessions had to weigh on his mind.

It seems like Trump's super power is corrupting people. :dunno:

He just makes everyone else look good by comparison and they know it. Nah, that's probably just a bonus. The real reason is that he's got no soul and he's "on their team", so they get what they want. They being polluters and batshit religious fundies.

Of course, being a billionaire can't hurt either.

Irrelevant. His power to bribe is enormous, even without being President.

Just remember, folks—
Deranged: people who oppose this "president".
NOT deranged: those who support him.

Only three U.S. presidents have ever faced a serious threat of removal by Congress – Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton -- and in each case the party that initiated the inquiry ended up benefiting in the next election.

The prison Dennis Koslowsky, billionaire, was imprisoned in, in NY, is closed down. Trump should buy it!

Politico
Those with long memories note that, during the last days of Nixon’s presidency, Defense Secretary James Schlesinger told the Joint Chiefs of Staff not to execute any presidential order involving military force without first checking with him. Unfortunately, with no one in any semblance of authority at the White House or anywhere in the administration, there is no one to check Trump. The president’s effort to divert attention from his troubles results in armed military conflict in Iran, North Korea, the South China Sea and Venezuela. The year ends with the very real prospect of one or more of these conflicts “going nuclear.”
