I think you can get that information using Google Earth. Zoom in on where you want, and mouse over the image. The date is in the status bar. Here's the theater that was reported bombed in Mariupol on the 16th.



It doesn't always work though. For instance, the image of my house doesn't show a date, but it does show a large tree in my back yard that we had cut down a couple of years ago.

A threat is not an enforcement. And I doubt that social media companies will give a damn about being banned in Russia. After all, few Russians have the means currently to buy anything on-line, so ads are not exactly going to generate much income...

And even if they did, Russia is a small market anyway. The big three in terms of GDP are the US with 23 trillion dollars, followed by China with 17 and Japan with 5. Russia ranks 11th with 1.6 trillion. Canada's economy is bigger.

I've been taking in news briefs from russian, ukrainian canadian and us sources. It doesn't help me understand anything.

Strava though, shows a dude running a fast 21k run along the river in Kyiv though. That seems a bit of good news I can understand.
