The NYT says Arizona is going to release results from Maricopa County in about an hour. That should clarify the race. It's Phoenix, but also Sherrif Joe territory.

That's all state policing of votes. No SC has no say in that. The state could decide to vote by democrats flushing at 6PM and Republicans at 8PM. The supreme court has nothing to do with votes. Looks like there's about around a 2.5% spread in favour of Biden in the popular vote. Trump won last time on a similar difference against That Nasty Woman so I can see why he might want to chance his arm on stopping counting while he was ahead, but it seems strategically counter-productive to go for it while he's behind. Then again, the electoral college is a weird and unpredictable beast and Trump is a rampant self-entitled narcissist. Operatic performers with an unhealthy BMI are still warming up.
