Well, if I were a prostitute and Trump was paying, I would just get the smaller sum that you get for a blow job. Less gravity to deal with.

Oh yeah, I would have to be a woman too. XX chromosomes. I'm not going bisexual for Trump. Not even sniffing his hair.

Republicans are more likely to look at the rest of the facts, such as this fox commenter...
I rarely have heard someone talking about more than one side of the available evidence.
Democrats sound every bit as reasonable, but see things opposite. The Medical Examiner has already stated on record that Floyd had a "fatal" amount of fentanyl in his system, which suppresses breathing. Meth amphetamine was present, which produces cardiac arrest. The knee technique was taught and authorized by MPD at the time of the Floyd arrest, this eliminates the element of "intent", required for a conviction. Make sure you aren't in an urban environment the day that the "not guilty" verdict is rendered.

Re: Republicans: continued
Just under half of Republican men in the US say that they will refuse to get a covid vaccine. I think this is the result of a combination of factors, but if these knuckleheads don't change their minds it will affect how the country deals with the virus.
'Republicans are trying to sabotage Biden's COVID vaccine plan to "own the libs." We must ditch them'
'Republicans are trying to sabotage Biden's COVID vaccine plan to "own the libs." We must ditch them'
Good news has been so rare for so long that it hardly seemed real to hear him say it, but sure enough, during his national presidential address Thursday night, President Joe Biden said that COVID-19 vaccination rates are speeding up so much that by May 1 states should be able to make every adult eligible for the shot.
"If we do our part, if we do this together, by July Fourth, there's a good chance you, your family and friends can gather in your backyard and have a barbecue and celebrate Independence Day," Biden said from the East Room of White House.
Unfortunately, there's a lot of Americans who refuse to do their part — and it's the Donald Trump fandom that is the problem.
New polling shows that all that anti-vaccination propaganda on Fox News is working and Republican voters, especially men, are hardening their personal opposition to getting vaccinated.
...
They aren't being driven by ignorance but out of what has turned into a chronic, now deadly willingness to put "owning the liberals" before every other goal — including apparently surviving. That was evident in the way so many conservatives refused to wear masks and now is evident in the hardening opposition to getting vaccinated. Being willing to die for one's values is often an admirable thing, but in this case, it's just a recklessly dangerous unwillingness to admit that liberals might be right about something.
Fox News shares a huge part of the blame, of course. The network has been pumping out a steady stream of anti-vaccination messages, which are now spreading across all right-wing media like wildfire. The reasons aren't hard to guess. Much of it is not wanting Biden's presidency to be a success, even if that means letting their own audiences die to get there. And a lot of it is plain old unwillingness to admit liberals were right all along about the coronavirus being dangerous. Trump's refusal to get his vaccine on-camera no doubt is contributing, as well.
This is a large group of Americans — large enough that it might keep the country from achieving the desired levels of herd immunity. Add to it that there will be a number of Americans who won't get vaccinated not because of political identity, but out of laziness or because they believe the conspiracy theories being pumped out by right-wing media. There's a very real chance, then, that the July 4 date isn't met not because of a lack of resources, but because of the toxic political situation bred by decades of right-wing propaganda.

It seems the Kentucky State Senate GOP has a problem with free speech.
Police officers are insulted all the time, and are expected to keep their cool. This seems like a recipe for abuse.
It hasn't gone to the Kentucky House, or the Democratic Governor, so it may not become law. It looks like it written to argue a "fighting words" exception to a First Amendment challenge , but really?'How dare you': Democrats lash out over bill criminalizing police insults, but bill passes
The Senate passed a bill Thursday evening to enhance penalties for crimes related to rioting after more than an hour of heated debate, including criticism that it would criminalize insulting police officers and chill protected free speech.
Sen. Danny Carroll, R-Benton, a retired police officer, said his Senate Bill 211 would crack down on and send a message to those who "tried to destroy the city of Louisville" in the civil unrest last year.
In addition to raising punishments on crimes related to rioting and prohibiting early release on such offenses, SB 211 would make it a crime to provoke an officer verbally to the point it could provoke a violent response.
Though Carroll said "insulting an officer is not going to cause anyone to go to jail," his bill states a person is guilty of disorderly conduct — a Class B misdemeanor with a penalty of up to 90 days' imprisonment — if he or she "accosts, insults, taunts, or challenges a law enforcement officer with offensive or derisive words, or by gestures or other physical contact, that would have a direct tendency to provoke a violent response from the perspective of a reasonable and prudent person."

I've heard republicans saying they wouldn't bother, because they don't think the risk is that high.
I don't know how high the risk is, I got mine for other reasons. By that, I mean that my 'risk group' did not factor into my decision about it. I can understand that it does for some people. Even if they are republicans.

Trump lashing out at GOP motivated by one thing: "send money to me."
CNBC
Both statements were sent by Trump's political action committee, Save America, and both statements urged his supporters to donate to that PAC. "So much money is being raised and completely wasted by people that do not have the GOP's best interests in mind," Trump's latest statement claimed.

Ron Johnson, the senior US Senator from Wisconsin has been on a tear lately. He got in a couple of good ones on Friday--
'Ron Johnson says Capitol attackers "love this country" but he would have felt unsafe if Black Lives Matter stormed building instead'
'Ron Johnson Has Lost It. He Claims COVID Could Have Already Been Defeated Except Biden "Censored" Hydroxychloroquine'
'Ron Johnson says Capitol attackers "love this country" but he would have felt unsafe if Black Lives Matter stormed building instead'
Senator Johnson was a strong supporter of the miracle drug hydroxychloroquine early, and continued to tout it long after it was well known to be pretty much useless. Note that when Trump managed to get infected, he wasn't treated with his supposed wonder cure. Never mind, Ron Johnson ain't fergettin'!U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson is facing accusations of racism after saying the supporters of former President Donald Trump who stormed the U.S. Capitol in January didn't worry him but that he might have been concerned if they had been supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement.
"I knew those were people who love this country, that truly respect law enforcement, would never do anything to break the law, so I wasn't concerned," Johnson said about the predominantly white crowd that marched to the U.S. Capitol to overturn a presidential election and triggered an assault that left five people dead, 140 police officers injured and windows smashed.
"Now, had the tables been turned, and Joe — this is going to get me in trouble — had the tables been turned and President Trump won the election and tens of thousands of Black Lives Matter and antifa, I might have been a little concerned," Johnson said during an interview with syndicated radio show host Joe "Pags" Pagliarulo.
'Ron Johnson Has Lost It. He Claims COVID Could Have Already Been Defeated Except Biden "Censored" Hydroxychloroquine'
It would be good to know exactly what happened to Ron Johnson. He’s either coming unglued psychologically or he’s in the pay of a foreign government or maybe both. If you thought his recent ravings in the Senate unusual, take a look at this. The video is of Dr. Peter McCullough testifying before the Texas Senate about the benefits of hydroxychloroquine in treating coronavirus. This was discounted as completely insane last year.
Does @joebiden wants us to continue living in a state of fear? This pandemic could have been defeated months ago & tens of thousands of lives saved if courageous frontline doctors and early treatment had not been censored and silenced as we awaited a vaccine.

Those darned security people insisted. Perhaps in Johnson's alternate version of reality, he would have stayed behind and had patriotic fellowship with the law-abiding Trumpists.

At least some Republicans still stand for something besides whatever Trump tells them to!
'Gov. Ricketts: "If you legalize marijuana, you're gonna kill your kids"'
'Gov. Ricketts: "If you legalize marijuana, you're gonna kill your kids"'
Gov. Pete Ricketts and others opposed to legalizing medical marijuana in Nebraska held a news conference Wednesday in the Capitol rotunda just ahead of a Unicameral hearing on the matter.
The issue is in front of Nebraska lawmakers for a fifth consecutive year months after losing ballot approval in the 11th hour last fall following a ruling by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
As state leaders consider once more to make medical marijuana legal in the state, the governor said “big pot — big marijuana — is a big industry.”
These big brands are trying to go around the regulatory process and experts say it’s dangerous, he said.
Ricketts also likened the Schedule 1 drug to others in the same category, such as LSD, heroin, and ecstasy.
“So this is a dangerous drug that will impact our kids,” the governor said. “If you legalize marijuana, you’re gonna kill your kids. That’s what the data shows from around the country.”
