No one has more respect for the truth (and women) than Donald.

Now you're getting it. Just add "believe me" after statements like that, and you should be all right.

Donald Trump’s transition team appears to have deviated from its own ethics rule barring lobbyists whose work for Trump would overlap with any matters on which they lobbied in the previous year.

According to a copy of Trump for America Inc’s “Code of Ethical Conduct” obtained by POLITICO, members of the transition team must pledge to “disqualify myself from involvement in any particular transition matter if I have engaged in regulated lobbying activities with respect to such matter, as defined by the Lobbying Disclosure Act, within the previous 12 months.”

But at least eight transition team members have done work that appears to flout that internal rule, Senate records show.

You are just exposing your collectivist mindset and your hypocrisy with this statement. Truth doesn't equal politics and nobody should expect automatic respect because of their genitalia. You certainly don't respect Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter etc. Nor should you as individuals have to earn respect and not have it given to them.

No, they just kicked out the lobbyists surely that is a good thing or do money'ed special interest groups count more then the average citizen.
The moneyed special interest groups don't need lobbyists when they are in the driver's seat of government. For example why would the fossil fuel industry waste money on a lobby when Trump is a global warming denialist, one, moreover, who supports the reopening of coal mines?

Trump promised to "Drain the swamp". He is, right into his Cabinet:

Nowhere is that more apparent than in the stomach-turning list of potential Trump Cabinet officials and senior staffers. His pledge to “drain the swamp” has resulted in a slew of lobbyists angling for administration positions, former Goldman Sachs executive Steven Mnuchin rumored as a candidate for treasury secretary and billionaire investor Wilbur Ross as commerce secretary, drawing the ire of progressives like Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.).

While Trump had showed signs of anti-interventionism, the leading contenders for secretary of state are war hawk John Bolton and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Trump find out Christie is corrupt and kicks him out, then he kicks out Christie's lobbyists, sounds good to me. Stop listening to the paid for corrupt lying MSM.
