Yeah, that's what I thought a British sausage was, but when he said British and Aussie sausages I wasn't sure. Pork sausages, while not uncommon here, aren't anywhere near the most common sausage. We eat mostly beef (and sometimes a mix of beef and pork) sausages. And they are thin. The British pork sausages are thick, aren't they?

Well you can get thin or thick - same recipe but the thinner ones cook quicker!

I've always had a soft spot for Loz and I'm friends on FB with him. He's doing pretty well and beginning to make a way for himself writing. Always thought he had balls.

..and no gay innuendo please..

The Dutch sausages don't need to be pricked, and are chock-full of protein. English sausages are so bad that even their proteins are fats. Naturally, American sausages are worst of all, containing nothing but bad intentions wrapped in pasteurized processed intestines.

Stop exaggerating the qualities of American sausages. They are not wrapped in pasteurized processed intestines at all. The casings are made of collagen, cellulose or plastic, and the filling consists of sawdust and floor sweepings. The only time you get any nutritional value out of them is when a cockroach or a rat drops into the 24m³ bowl that is repurposed from a superannuated cement mixing truck.
