What a about a simple law that requires every child under a certain age to be vaccinated unless exempt on medical grounds? That way not only are the diseases excluded from the general population within a generation, but your kids don't die from smallpox, measles, mumps, rubella, or TB etc, like they did in the olden days, because your neighbour or their kids are infected or carriers.

Mr C's error is found in complaining about a certain group of unvaccinated individuals for putting others at risk while at the same time resisting any acknowledgement of the principle which would ameliorate that risk. His position is one big contradiction as long as he advocates that people should have the freedom to choose whether or not to vaccinate their children while berating those who have simply exercised that very freedom not to vaccinate.

Those in the medical professions would characterise this position as being full of shit.
