Not centrist, he's the far economically liberal right's fifth column... that guy is a banker and we know whom he really works for, ther stock market just when bullish with the news of his going to 2nd round.
Yeah, when I wrote that the only thing I knew about him was that he was described as a centrist by a number of media outlets. But since then I've heard what he stands for, and he's definitely a right winger in my opinion. Maybe he's only a centrist compared to the Pig Pen.
So, he's described in the media as centrist, and some think he's really a right winger, but in Europe, the center is all the way over on the left, so, even if he's a "right winger" that would make him sort of center left in American politics, right?

Women wearing pantsuits is cultural appropriation from male cisgendered patriarchal culture.

Western society is the problem. It must be de-colonized, de-westernized, because what we know as "western culture" is oppressive to the marginalized cultures of the world. A proper Progressive knows that western systems of logic, science, and politics are tools of white, heteronormative, cisnormative, patriarchal oppression. So, another embarrassment to western society is just what western society needs.

I did the right thing, I voted Merde to both.
now that moron will act as if he was really suported rather than elected by people who were desperate not to see the marine elected, but who, given proper choices, would stuff him into a trash dumpster and pour chemical waste over him.

I like that visual. I would like to see that outcome for most politicians.

The French right, which only a year ago had believed the presidential and parliamentary elections impossible to lose, was on track for its worst parliamentary score in France’s postwar Fifth Republic. Les Républicains and its allies were forecast to see their number of seats shrink to around 125 – low, but higher than was forecast after the poor first-round showing last week.

Frankly, I can't say about the Merkins, but in African politics, he would be seen as a Fascist Neo-Imperialist.
He is centre right a very French position and one that has many times appeared in France. He is almost the same as Merkel and the centre right party here the VVD, also in most Northern European countries. He will not be liked by the unions but that is not unusual in France. Who do the unions like?
