With the right people in the White House it could happen. Trump will just spend his time removing Obama.

There is nothing in the constitution that will make the president follow any court ruling

The 'genius factor.'

An expert witness--Frederick Chin--called by Trump's lawyers testified that in valuing properties, a company (Trump Organization) can use an 'as if' value: Future plans for the property can be factored into the valuation, as opposed to the real 'as is' market value. The judge called this the 'genius factor.'

Chin also admitted that the valuation on a particular Trump property was neither proper nor reasonable (source).

Residents in Washington, D.C. have begun receiving notices to appear for a jury screening process for what appears to be former President Donald Trump's election interference trial, according to NBC News.

At least one DC resident shared photos with the outlet showing a notice to appear for a "pre-screening" questionnaire on February 9.

Hannity asks Trump for a second time during their town hall if he has plans to abuse power. Trump admits he plans to do some dictatorial things on "day one" of his second term.

The Great Dictator or The Great Pretender?
Former president Donald Trump declined to rule out abusing power if he returns to the White House after Fox News host Sean Hannity asked him to respond to growing Democratic criticism of his rhetoric.

The Republican presidential frontrunner has talked about targeting his rivals – referring to them as “vermin” – and vowed to seek retribution if he wins a second term for what he wins a second term for what he argues are politically motivated prosecutions against him. As Trump has dominated the Republican presidential primary, president Joe Biden has stepped up his own warnings, claiming Trump is “determined to destroy American democracy”.

Trump had to be asked twice during the televised town hall event in Iowa to deny that he would abuse power to seek revenge on political opponents if re-elected to the White House.

“Under no circumstances, you are promising America tonight, you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?” Hannity asked Trump in the interview taped in Davenport, Iowa on Tuesday.

“Except for day one,” Trump responded. Trump said on the “day one” he referred to, he would use his presidential powers to close the southern border with Mexico and expand oil drilling.

Trump then repeated his assertion. “I love this guy,” he said of the Fox News host. “He says, ‘You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?’ I said: ‘No, no, no, other than day one. We’re closing the border and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.’”...

Trump wants revenge, and likes to talk. But maybe once again...he does not want to be elected. He is just offering the same things to the base he did before. To keep money coming in.
https://news.yahoo.com/finance/news/tru ... 23213.html
Georgia is a stark example of the risk Trump faces by threatening, once again, to kill the ACA. Nearly 850,000 Georgians get coverage through the ACA. Biden won the state in 2020 by less than 12,000 votes. So whatever portion of those 850,000 are not die-hard Trumpers would have a new incentive to vote for Biden.

Trump also wants to impose a new tax of 10% on virtually all imports to the United States. That’s a political head-scratcher. Trump already tried something like that the first time around when he slapped tariffs on steel and aluminum imports and about half of all goods coming to the United States from China.
