Exclusive - Blackwater founder’s latest sales pitch: mercenaries for Venezuela

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Erik Prince - the founder of the controversial private security firm Blackwater and a prominent supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump - has been pushing a plan to deploy a private army to help topple Venezuela’s socialist president, Nicolas Maduro, four sources with knowledge of the effort told Reuters.

Over the last several months, the sources said, Prince has sought investment and political support for such an operation from influential Trump supporters and wealthy Venezuelan exiles. In private meetings in the United States and Europe, Prince sketched out a plan to field up to 5,000 soldiers-for-hire on behalf of Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido, according to two sources with direct knowledge of Prince’s pitch.

The US is sticking it's grubby hands into other's business again. They are even spouting rhetoric to the effect of "the military option is available". I don't know what's going on in Venezuela, but the fact that the US is up to its shit again, makes me think this is more about the US and less about any alleged situation in Venezuela.

To start with, there is no such thing as a "'United States Army' tattoo" as such, but I'll let that slide.

Secondly, the photos allegedly showing ISIS members with US army tattoos were first published on a site calling itself "Information Clearing House". Unfortunately, it also has "World News Daily" as part of its masthead. Maybe the satirical site by the same name is just a coincidence, so I'll let that slide. I also let the fact that I cannot find the source of the quote, allegedly authored by Aldous Huxley, that Information Clearing House leads with on its homepage, but I'll let that slide too.

You claim that the photograph was tampered with (photo-shopped). So you claim.
But you conveniently forgot that tattoos can also be removed. But tampering to remove tattoos doesn't suit your narrative. Touche!

Tattoo removal is both painful and difficult. It also leaves scarring. Having zoomed in very closely to the area in question I see no sign of scarring. Mind warpingly it may have been shopped away of course.
