I just don't understand why they have to dress up as if they are competing in the Tour de France.

When going from A to B, I usually wear normal clothing (except for the helmet*). I only don special clothing when going for longer trips.

Talking about getting your bum from A to B, the saddle is the biggest deterrent to riding a bike for me.
My bike has got full suspension, and even then, an ordinary saddle gives me a pain in the arse.

The reason almost nobody cycles is because they don't want to arrive wherever they are going stinking of perspiration and sweaty balls and cunts, nor do they want to wear Lycra in public, which for most people should be prohibited by law, particularly if one is obese, as a matter of public health...all the vomit on the sidewalks from viewing Lycra-clad fat fucks in leopard-print tights is definitely a health hazard.
