When I lived there it was well known there were areas to avoid on account of trouble. I was young and didn't give a damn about that. Arrived just after the Handsworth riots and never had no trouble despite all the dubious Bob Marley lookalikes on the streets. Walked through that part of the city most days for over a year and never saw a mussie, lots of those rastas though and some Hari Krishnas too. Muslims preferred Wolverhampton, that's where the confusion comes in, and probably do own that part of the city these days?
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?
