Everyone in Finland has to learn some Swedish in school (because Swedish is an official language here), but not everyone is happy with this. So if all Swedish men are gay, then actually the gays are to blame for all the Swedish lessons... At least that would explain why the political party (the True Finns) that is most against Swedish, also had a binding rule to vote against.
