Yes, it was. The BBC did a little piece to camera in Stalin's holiday home.
It's not all that palatial, but I think that was for security reasons as much as anything.
There is a waxwork of him, and his actual overcoat that the BBC man tried on.

But now Sochi is on the map as a winter resort as well, previously it was tuned to summer visitors, I think.
Not my kind of thing, but the punters love it.
