Also, caps on teeth are used, since at that age they are still loosing their baby teeth and they don't look so great. Didn't you notice in the pageants how they all look to have perfect teeth. It's not normal at that age.

Just a point about that video ... Even though I agree with the objection to the use of Botox for the reasons given (and more), I don't appreciate that it's considered that I, the viewer, needs to be led by the nose to such a conclusion through the use of such overtly leading reporting.

TMZ reports that they have a document from Sheena Upton, saying she lied about giving her daughter Botox injections in order to make money. She said she was paid $200 by the British paper The Sun to say she was Kerry Campbell and that she had been giving her daughter the treatments. She was then asked to be on GMA, which TMZ reports paid $10,000 to Upton for the appearance. (An ABC insider reportedly told TMZ that that isn't true. The $10,000 was for photo licenses.)
Upton, according to TMZ, has now written a declaration (which was signed under penalty of perjury), reneging on her original story, "so her lawyer can secure full rights to custody of her daughter." Upton also claims to have taken her daughter to the UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday where, allegedly, doctors found that she hadn't been injected with Botox.
