Texas. The Bush family are closet Muslims.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

I thought Venezuela would be the obvious choice.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

My car has some oil in it, for fuck sake don't tell those Yank bastards as I have not paid for it yet.

No human being on the face of the earth, no government is going to take from me my right to speak, my right to protest against wrong, my right to do everything that is for the benefit of mankind. I am not here, then, as the accused; I am here as the accuser of capitalism dripping with blood from head to foot.”

We wouldn't come after Euro petrol. It's way to expensive to justify an armed invasion.

I think, globally, it makes more sense to invade the US for oil. You won't get much out of us, but you'll eliminate the primary consumer. Then, having brought down demand, you can expect the prices for everyone else to drop.
