We need to talk about Donald – the Nightmare continues
Re: We need to talk about Donald – the Nightmare continues
Dude is threathening Comey talking about ending press briefings because his staff can't speak with "perfect accuracy". He's losing it big time while making himself look as suspicious as fuck.

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

All the political and economist analyses of Trump actions agree: every single thing he did or will do makes the super rich richer. Every other piece of Anerica is not going to be "great again."

I have to say I agree with his firing of Comey. The guy WAS a grandstander and self-promoter.
His handling of the Clinton email affair, with an election looming, was atrocious, and he deserved sacking.
Not that I believe Trump as to his motive. But he might have just enjoyed the help to his campaign, while at the same time thinking that Comey is an asshole and needs sacking.
That's what Trump does. "You're fired". It's why he won the election. It's not an act.

While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

Re: We need to talk about Donald – the Nightmare continues
When the Russians release more Democrat emails to Wikileaks at the end of October, as predicted by Trump affiliate Roger Stone the week before, Comey and the FBI were put in a difficult position, having already closed their investigations into Clinton's private emails - which was, in their judgement: unwise, careless, but no major security risk and very little chance of a successful prosecution.
Nonetheless, many media outlets made a great deal of the possible 'new' evidence dumped into the public domain. The FBI had to react: Comey, being the face of the organisation, would've been dammed if he did and dammed if he didn't. Trump applauded his intervention at the time, even though he had been less that happy when Comey made an unprecedented public statement about the FBI investigation on July 5. In that public statement Comey pointed out that, “Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. I know there will be intense public debate in the wake of this recommendation, as there was throughout this investigation.” He also acknowledged the unusual circumstances of the public statement, saying, "In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think unusual transparency is in order."
Trump was intensely annoyed by this, incandescent even, he wanted to see Hillary defending herself in court, and as he continued to rail against 'that nasty woman' he repeatedly promised his supporters she would face prosecution and jail time if he was elected. Similarly, the Russian collaborator Flynn continued to lead calls to "Lock her up! Lock her up!" and by the time the final pre-election email dump occurred most of the the political damage to Clinton was a done deal - her slim poll lead wiped out in the last week.
Now, it seems, Comey has been sacked -- according to the Justice Department of voluntary liar and Russian collaborator Jeff Sessions -- because his July comments to the public at the close of the email investigation were derogatory and unfair to the Democratic presidential candidate. The international irony meter market has just imploded at that one.
