I'm not sure you can be 'criminally' Anti-Zionist. You can of course commit crimes against Zionists - crimes that would be categorized as such whoever the victims were, but there is no crime in the category that anti-semitism based crimes are (in the UK anyway).
As Jim suggests, it is where people conflate the two that the 'crimes' have been committed (apparently).
Of course politics is never cut and dried. There is, within the Labour Party a strong Jewish tradition, many members of which are very anti-Corbyn (partly because of his sympathy for the Palestinians) and some of that membership have certainly taken some glee in stirring things up for him.

Re: Anti-Semitic Labour Party Criminal Proceedings
well, the matter is that many delibrately mix up anti zionism (rejection of the state of israel and the atrocities it's been committing since 1948), and anti semitism (persecution of any jews)...JimC wrote: ↑Sat Nov 03, 2018 4:53 amIt is interesting in a political sense. Historically, anti-semitism has been a right-wing phenomenon; now, given the right-wing nature of Zionist Israel, some on the left may be tempted to move from a rational critique of Israeli government policy into the morass of historical jew hatred...

A distinction without a difference. Try the exact same statement, only replacing 'anti-Zionist' with 'misogynist', 'racist', 'white-supremacist' or whatever.

Re: Anti-semitism and Labour
There is a distinction. In law. There are specific laws concerning anti-semitism, which if you break you are liable to prosecution. There are no such laws for Zionists per se. You can commit crimes against people with Zionist views, as you can with misogynist or racist views, but those are what one might term 'generic' crimes.
