Yes, Cunt, it's true that racism exists outside the US. But clearly, some countries are more racist than others. I would argue that racism is America's most defining feature. Racism is the root cause of most social ills found in the US.

Anyway, at least you've finally admitted that there is systemic racism in the US, so now we can go back to my other two questions:

Why are black people in the US poorer, policed more, and jailed more than white people? Is it due to systemic racism, or is it because black people are more inclined to make "shit choices" than white people?
