California and 15 other states filed a lawsuit Monday against President Donald Trump’s emergency declaration to fund a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra released a statement Monday saying the suit alleges the Trump administration’s action violates the Constitution.

Hard on the heels of saying you don't know what the other 58 invocations of national emergencies are, you suddenly seem to look like they were about funding. Here's the news: Almost all of them were about economic sanctions against foreign entities and export controls. The rest were health matters. None of them were about circumventing Congress powers, i.e. breaking the separation of powers the founding fathers of the US crafted with so much care because they regarded them of utmost importance.
