We don't know, it's only Mr Trump who is pre-bleating about a rigged election at the moment. He seems to think not just that America should vote for him--all candidates think this--but that the only reason America would not vote for him is if his opponents fix the ballot.
There's good reason to mention it. After all, the Chairperson of the Democratic National Committee resigned this year after it was discovered that she and others, including Hillary, were lying about the collusion between the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton Campaign to beat Sanders. There have been reports about electronic voting machines switching votes from Republican to Democrat in certain elections, too. And, there has been incidents of Democrats registering dead people to vote.
And no Republican has ever been the focus of similar speculations eh?

And no, there's no real reason to raise that spectre now other than to slight his opponent and plant the seed of doubt about the validity of an as-yet to be held election result if-and-only-if it doesn't go Trumps way. As I said, it's only Mr Trump who is pre-bleating about a general election rigging at the moment, and by that he seems keen to imply that the only reason he wont get elected in November is if his opponents fix the ballot. Taking his circular reasoning to its conclusion, if he's not elected that fact alone can be cited as proof of a conspiracy to keep him from office. I wonder if even Trump will go that far if he's unsuccessful - but it might lead to a similar alignment of white nationalist dissatisfaction as we saw collated under the 'Birther' banner. Perhaps someone should start a 'Riggers' stub on Wikipedia just in case.

Donald Trump is done. He is getting desperate. There is no politics left for the voters to judge them on. What they know of the Trump platform is what they will get, voting for Trump. But there will be no wall and no trade treaties will be repealed by congress and no 29 million jobs. All it is is a protest vote for Trump from now on. All the libertarians not voting their man, a loser, and all the Hillary haters. "I just can't trust Hillary." What, she is going to put presidential email in a server in Bill's basement next to his porn computer?

fivethirtyeight.com agrees with you -- if the election were held today, Nate Silver says Hillary has 76% chance to win. http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/201 ... rpromo#now

For those with access, it might be a good time to throw a few dollars on Trump if they're giving some good odds. Wikileaks may come through with something good to shift the polls.

New York attorney general orders Trump Foundation to stop fundraising
Donald Trump’s charitable foundation has been ordered to suspend its fundraising immediately for violating state law, the New York attorney general’s office said on Monday.

The Trump Foundation was served with a cease-and-desist letter on Friday, in which James Sheehan, the head of the attorney general’s charities bureau, wrote that the New York-based organization “must immediately cease soliciting contributions or engaging in any other fundraising activities in New York”.

“Further, the Trump Foundation must notify any third parties engaged in solicitation or fundraising activities in New York on its behalf to immediately case any such activities,” Sheehan added.

The notice stated that the Republican presidential nominee’s eponymous foundation was soliciting donations of more than $25,000 a year without having registered for the proper certification pursuant to article 7-A under New York law. As a result, the Trump Foundation has not undergone the external audits or been subject to the kind of oversight required by the state of charities seeking donations from members of the public....

Stephen Moore — economic adviser for Republican Party presidential candidate Donald Trump's campaign — recently told Politico's Morning Energy that he is “pushing” to have a climate change denier and fossil fuel promoter, Kathleen Hartnett White, named as head of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) if Trump is elected president in November.

Trump Just Said Only WEAK Veterans Get PTSD. Here’s How Iraq Vets Responded
In an exchange missed by most of the media, Trump today insulted all of our veterans who have suffered psychological trauma during their overseas tours by saying that only weak soldiers suffer from PTSD, and that therefore our “strong veterans” don’t require psychological counseling when they return home.

When asked how he would approach mental health issues such as PTSD and if he would support spiritual counseling for veterans affected by them, Trump implied that veterans who are “strong” don’t suffer from such afflictions.

Hey, it's not my fault that the law discriminates against dead people and prohibits them from voting.

Jesus for Trump
Trump has moved pro-life. Hillary is pro-baby killing, and prides herself on that, and honors the organization—Planned Parenthood—that actually traffics human parts from dead babies whom they have killed. This is below anything we have seen since Nazi Germany. The gall of Hillary! The Clintons have evaded justice for decades and likely will continue to.
