Lying on TV and Radio newscasts will soon be totally OK...isn't it already OK? I suppose omission is not considered lying? Oh well, time to ramp up the misinformation.

The court eventually throws out Akre's whistle blower lawsuit after deciding that the media is allowed to lie.
