BTW - Most probably know this, but there may be some who don't: radar-absorbing paint isn't some state-of-the-art technology. It's very useful, but the US and others have been using it for several decades already. Still, if this article is accurate then I'm surprised they managed to develop it.

Oh, the article is probably accurate ... in it's reporting of what the zany North Koreans have claimed.

On the other hand, it's biggest uses are on ships and aircraft, and their North's Air Force and Navy are otherwise so obsolete compared to their adversaries that radar-absorbing paint won't make much difference. In the event of war, those are the services that will probably be pasted in a matter of hours. The North's strength ultimately lies in their numerically large ground forces.

In my humble, layman's opinion, anyway...

For much difference, I think we can safely read jack shit difference.
