Males from an Islamic background make up the vast majority of male circumcisions worldwide. Men from a Jewish background make up a far less significant proportion. And every man from a Muslim background whose cock I've seen was circumcised. That should answer your question.

The vast majority boys born to practicing Jews are circumcised on the eighth day after their birth because the Jewish religion mandates circumcision. Circumcision is thus not a feature by which one can distinguish between Muslim and Jewish males.

Well, at least circumcision of males is a common feature of Muslim and Jewish males. At one stage most Christians born in the USA would have been indistinguishable in that regard as well. 85% of all males born in US hospitals in 1965 were circumcised. Even today more than half of US males are cut soon after birth.
