Why Has The UN Not Censured the Vatican?

Cos they are scared of treading on the toes of religion.

It would appear so. But they censure Israel all the time, and that is a Jewish state.

They just make resolutions on Israel, but never really do anything about them.

The point is that the issue is raised by the UN - but on this subject they are silent, no vetoes required.

That's all I am asking - the UN should take a position and I can find nothing on this. An appeal was made to remove their status in 2002 (yes 8 years ago and on the same issue) and nothing was done.

It is weird that the Holy See has observer status and no other religion or religious denomination is represented.

I can find no mention of the UN getting involved with the pedo Holy See's accusation of crimes against humanity. They are busy elsewhere in the world censuring and taking positive action, so why the silence on the Vatican? Or have I missed something?

The Vatican holds a Special Observer Status in the UN and technically is not considered a sovereign state as such (despite the pedo pope's pleas for immunity - telling huh?) but it is seated in the UN and does sign off on certain motions passed.

What have I missed here? Why has the UN not taken an official position on this matter?

Islamic nations push for those resolutions against Israel. Maybe if enough nations do the same against the Vatican some sort of resolution will pass.
