How could it possibly be a violation of human rights?
The Switz people have a right not to have ugly or out of place buildings in their cities.

It's just such a poxy, pointless thing to get your knickers in a twist about. If you're going to be a bully, ban all mosques outright.

An alternative might have been to insist that ALL buildings be made to look like mosques.
