That's a bankable t-shirt slogan right there.

Steps down? No chance. They are going to have to wheel him out of there in a body bag.

This thread could go on for a while even after that. The termagant wife of the aforementioned nepo baby dingbat is also considering running for office.
Lara Trump, the president’s daughter-in-law and past co-chair of the Republican National Committee, is “taking a strong look” at the race [for US Senator from North Carolina] and will have the family’s support if she chooses to run, according to a person close to the Trumps and granted anonymity to speak candidly about their internal discussions.

Sounds like they're forming an orderly queue - like Marc Anthony did behind Caesar.

Trump administration raises possibility of stripping Mamdani of US citizenship
The Trump administration has raised the possibility of stripping Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic mayoral candidate for New York City, of his US citizenship as part of a crackdown against foreign-born citizens convicted of certain offences.

Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, appeared to pave the way for an investigation into Mamdani’s status after Andy Ogles, a rightwing Republican representative for Tennessee, called for his citizenship to be revoked on the grounds that he may have concealed his support for “terrorism” during the naturalization process....
So Zohran Mamdani is now in the position of having to prove--to the satisfaction of his opponents --he's not concealed support for terrorism. What kind of evidence do you think they would accept?

It's not about him proving his innocence though, is it? It's about associating him with the concept of terrorism, repeating that every time they talk about him, and possibly placing some bar on his political aspirations while signalling they don't consider the foreign-born brown man a proper American.

Anyway, bet you a fiver that if there is no evidence he concealed support for terrorism the Right's doltish media handmaidens will just claim it's proof that he's concealed it really really well. The less evidence there is the more guilty he'll be, until 0% evidence == 100% guilt!!
