I'll try to keep the purely puff pieces to a minimum. This one just happens to capture the spin on several issues so it may be worth seeing.
Promises Made, Promises Kept: Trump Is Back!
...
One of the most immediate and impactful areas of action has been immigration. Within days of taking office, President Trump reinstated and strengthened border security measures, including resuming the construction of the border wall, expanding deportations of criminal illegal aliens, and revoking Biden-era policies that encouraged mass migration.
...
President Trump’s return to the world stage has already begun reshaping global dynamics. His administration has swiftly moved to restore America’s strategic influence, ensuring that allies and adversaries alike understand that America will not back down from its interests.
...
One of the most striking foreign policy victories has been in Latin America. Trump’s diplomatic pressure and strategic engagement with Colombia have resulted in a more robust partnership against drug cartels, boosting security cooperation and ensuring that narco-terrorists face relentless opposition. His administration is also taking decisive action to counter leftist regimes in the region, standing firmly with democratic allies while isolating corrupt socialist dictatorships.

Heritage Foundation President Commends January 6 Pardons
“President Trump’s decision to pardon nearly all January 6 defendants is a necessary corrective to the brazen weaponization of our justice system by the Left. The Democrats turned January 6 into a political cudgel, using it to distract from their disastrous policies and to smear their opponents.
“This move sends a clear message: justice in America should be blind—not a tool for leftist power grabs. The glaring double standard that turned peaceful dissent into a partisan witch hunt has no place in a free nation.”

The assumptions needed for these things to make sense are worrying, and powerful.

It’s difficult to understand lacking integrity to that degree and being functional.

It lets someone function in a particular kind of mode - one where they can avoid commitments to being honest, factual, or adhering to strong moral values or ethical principles, while simultaneously staking a claim to all those things: a hypocritical mode.
In other words, classic sociopathy, which is a behavioural mode that functionally empowers the sociopath to act, and to meet their material and psychological needs without regards to their possible (or actual) impact on others.

It is quite literally of no concern to people like the ones quoted above.
