Well the nuke threat is pretty useless. Russia is doing fine destroying entire cities without nukes.

Most people aren't going to disagree that it's Ukraine's right to defend themselves. The question is what you hope to accomplish here.

So maybe they're both bluffing. But who's more likely to push ahead when called? I doubt we're prepared to commit to more than supplying weapons and guidance. Maybe that's enough.
