Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
Re: Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
Yes, forget the constitution, which is supposed to be the law. Government just sneaks around and makes their censorship happen anyway.
And lots of the injured parties beg for more.
Geez, of only corporate sleaze could use tools like that, they could arrange the largest upward transfer of wealth in HISTORY, and even the most anti-corporate type would defend them!

Re: Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
Yeah, it sure is funny how all those "rioters" wouldn't obey any cop's orders, but they fell right in line for Diamond Don. It's enough to make you think he was running the show.
Too bad he didn't call them off a couple of hours earlier. Ashli Babbitt would still be with us.

Yes, if only they got in, the Don would still be president.
Because of the ancient rules of combat of presidents!

No 'absolute immunity' for the former president regarding his attempts to remain in office despite losing the election.

'D.C. Appeals Court Rules Trump Can Be Sued for Inciting Jan. 6 Attack'
Pipped by Joe.On Dec. 1, a three judge panel for the D.C. Circuit ruled in Blassingame v. Trump that former President Donald Trump can be sued for civil damages for inciting the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The court ruled that Trump is not protected by presidential “absolute immunity from civil damages claims predicated on his official acts” as established in Nixon v. Fitzgerald.
According to the panel, Trump cannot enjoy this immunity because his actions as alleged by the plaintiffs leading up to and on Jan. 6, 2021—including conspiring with allies to “obtain a second term despite his defeat in the 2020”—were not part of his official presidential duties, and therefore are not protected under absolute immunity.
Writing for the court, Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan asserted that, “When a first-term President opts to seek a second term, his campaign to win re-election is not an official presidential act.”

Re: Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
lol they've got him THIS time!
Since it was an 'attack', AND a 'protest of the election results', I wonder which the Democratic Party supporters will focus on... OK, I don't wonder at all, but it's pretty clear that a large segment of the voting public sees it differently.
Their only possible move is to get rid of Trump. I hope they wait until after Biden and Trump debate.

Re: Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
The repugnant, oleaginous creep Stephen Miller is completely willing to lie in service of Dear Leader, and I think we can depend on the red hats to parrot his lies. They're not interested in reality and they'll simply skip all the 'extra words' which show that they believe a lie.
'Stephen Miller lashes out at Trump ruling: "No immunity for Republican officeholders"'
Miller goes on to invoke the Trumpist lie that the election was stolen--prosecuting Trump for attempting to overturn the election is nothing but a political act--Trump is merely 'exposing' the putative stolen election and 'seeking appropriate legal redress.' Miller is apparently talking about Trump telling an election official to manufacture votes, inciting a crowd to attack the Capitol, etc. because we know Trump lost dozens of cases where he actually sought 'legal redress' and he isn't being prosecuted for pursuing those cases.

'Stephen Miller lashes out at Trump ruling: "No immunity for Republican officeholders"'
Chutkan's ruling doesn't 'revoke the doctrine of presidential immunity.' She very clearly stated that a president engaged in attempting to overturn an election he's lost is not acting in official capacity nor fulfilling the responsibilities of the office. She added some cutting commentary regarding the fact that a former president is not bestowed with the 'divine right of kings to evade the criminal accountability that governs his fellow citizens.' Despicable autocratic shitbirds like Miller believe otherwise, at least in regard to Trump.Former President Donald Trump's previous senior advisor, Stephen Miller, is not happy about Judge Chutkan's recent immunity ruling.
Chutkan, tasked with overseeing the criminal prosecution of Trump for alleged election subversion in the lead-up to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, ruled on Friday that the former president is not immune from criminal charges just because he was president when the purported conduct occurred.
That decision didn't sit well with Miller, who took to social media to vent about the consequences.
"Many likely don’t appreciate just how radical and dangerous it is to revoke the doctrine of presidential immunity. In effect, this gives any single far-left judge, jury or prosecutor a veto over the actions of the democratically-elected president," Miller wrote. "It means a Letitia James or a James Comey alone decides what a president can or cannot do in the fulfillment of his duties. The fact that such a persecution may initiate after a president has left office is irrelevant: future presidents will now exercise their office within the narrow confines of this anti-constitutional anti-democratic framework."

Re: Chronicles of a Stillborn Zombie Coup
Geez, was he convicted of trying to overturn an election? Outside the media, I mean.
I know that the ever-thinning minority of DNC supporters treat it that way, but more people every day have stopped watching TV, and it's showing in the poll numbers.
Most telling is that all the new information coming out simply cannot change the mind of someone who was so bought in to the insurrection narrative.
Reminds me of other 'theories' where new evidence doesn't matter. lol

It had a reasonable effect on the election everyone seems to be talking about (where they are permitted to)
I haven't got the bandwidth to watch that video, but if you wanted to hear a different view on the laptop that 51 former intelligence officials rushed to cover up, check it out.GeorgeNews wrote:You are not supposed to know about the contents of the laptop computer that Hunter Biden neglected to retrieve from a repair shop in Delaware.
The 2020 election was fixed by the suppression of the evidence on it, and the deep state – in the form of 51 former intelligence officers – saw to it that it was falsely dismissed as Russian disinformation and rendered null and void as a factor in determining a significant number of votes.
A former Trump White House aide named Garrett Ziegler (http://t.me/GarrettZ) obtained a copy of the hard drive and is speaking out and publishing its contents. A few days ago, the nonprofit he founded, Marco Polo 501c3 (http://t.me/marcopolo501c3), published over 10,000 photos from the laptop on a site, https://bidenlaptopmedia.com, that almost immediately became overwhelmed with traffic.
But I found the almost 22-minute interview that he did with SkyNews Australia far more interesting than what I have seen in the photos (which have what the Brits call the naughty bits covered up, anyway).
No American television network available on cable/satellite systems has so far given him this kind of platform. I hope that changes as this interview gains attention in this country, but you can forget about the alphabet networks. Fox News? I am not holding my breath. Maybe NEWSMAX
Ziegler is obviously an intelligent guy and has done his homework, spending months going over the data and compiling and classifying the content. He makes the point that there is clear evidence of multiple crimes, none of which have been prosecuted. The reason? The laptop data “Implicates people of both parties….It’s really the uniparty that is implicated in this.” A bit later, “The intel agencies are the epicenter of the US uniparty.”

A bunch of Cunt keywords in there. I suppose the right are just repeating each others keywords over and over. How about some original thinking?Cunt wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 8:26 pmhttps://t.me/georgenews/7641

We're "not supposed to know about the contents of the laptop computer that Hunter Biden neglected to retrieve from a repair shop in Delaware."
They were literally entered into the US Congressional Record. I have to marvel at the people who buy this hype.
The interview is okay. Zeigler is careful in his answers, and there aren't any smoking gun revelations. When he says "that's a good question," he tends to give an answer you can read more into than what he said.
The most interesting thing about his trove is that you can download each document with its metadata, and verify its authenticity yourself. In short, do your own research because he doesn't have the staff to do it.
