Trump is pursuing useless election claims. All he can get out of this is another insurrection Jan 25. He would really need a big win in the senate to overturn the election on this basis. The Supreme Court is not going to throw out any states. Elections are run by the states.

About a week ago he claimed he beat Obama, and now this one. One of the main things that served to get him onto the national political stage was JAQing on Obama's birth certificate, and later he claimed to be certain that Obama was behind the Russia investigation. Obsession much, or is he breaking loose from time?
