As mentioned in the article linked above, Michelle Obama has been rather firm, unequivocal, and consistent in her statements on the question. She is not a politician, though certainly has seen politics and the office of the presidency close-up, and their effects on life and family as well.
There have been efforts to 'draft' her into running (currently as Biden's vice president) but she has never expressed the slightest interest.
The latest linked item is from 2019, well into the Trump presidency.
Political dynasties are some repugnant bullshit. That said, I'm not completely opposed to a Michelle Obama presidency despite the fact that the Obamas are far too cozy with corporate power and Barak Obama made a lot of decisions I disagree with. I'm not holding my breath.
