Seems likely. They are all there dividing up the family business. Except for Prince Phillip who was last seen escaping in ze jeep.

Doctors have expressed concern for the Queen’s health and recommended she remains under medical supervision, Buckingham Palace said.
In a statement, the palace said: “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.”
The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.

Meh. A constitutional monarchy is such a weird conception, but I guess this will be a golden opportunity for the new PM to ride the wave. There'll be a lot of 'nation building bollocks' spoken in the next few weeks from the Tories - and Labour and all the others too.
