This kind of doubt-casting distraction, disinformation spread by profiling certain kinds of social media network shares, is a tactic expertly deployed by the Russian government under Putin. it's a form of NLP that relies on low-fear appeals in conjunction with processing grunt and posting bots. Basically, self-reinforcing political spam in the form of programmatic concern trolling.
