This intrusive piece of spyware Microsoft forces you to use on Windows 10 just to be able to do an indexed search of your hard-drive. It's a sort of digital search assistant thing. It's effectively a virus, as you can't turn it off, and when you get tricky like I do and disable it through technical means, it reinstalls itself on future updates.
