They are advertising for a particular, theatrical role, no matter how shallow it may be as a human activity. As such, they have a right to state what features they are looking for, and they can enjoy their little Barbie clone to their heart's content...

The real issue would come if such criteria were to be used for other roles, such as a shop only wanting salesgirls with a "cheerleader" look...

Pretty much this. Though I think a private business has the right to discriminate whilst hiring people in public facing positions as it affects how their brand is represented. It may be shitty and I may not support a business that does it, but I don't think it should be a legal issue.
