And that is the problem with "malpractice insurance," which should be illegal because if you, as a physician, commit malpractice, even once, you should never practice medicine again and you should be driven into bankruptcy by a civil judgment against you by the victim.

That is how you "weed out" bad doctors.

I've clearly stated a number of times that the structural deficits in many neoliberal countries have come from repeated tax cuts since the 80's.

That's because the tax cuts were not paired with equal-to-or-greater-than cuts in government spending.

You are just making this shit up as you go along. You said that structural deficits come from "spending increases only". Now you are agreeing that there were tax cuts, and seem to be even agreeing that there were spending cuts (by admitting that they weren't enough). Your "arguments" are a complete dog's breakfast!
